Exhibition Vehicles
Manufacturing a vehicle or trailer, a wide range of design and specification options are available to use. Van Base Exhibitions or Marketing Vans can be produced on any chassis. Our preference is the Renault Master van, we are part of Masters of Beckenham which includes six garages selling a range of brands. Peugeot and Citroën can also be supplied. This connection provides us with very competitive pricing options.

Van based displays are ideal for roadshow events and sample marketing events. Design and colour are to the client specification or we can provide cad 3D models to design the exact vehicle you need.

Bodywork Chassis - we manufacture our chassis using an all steel design with a welded construction finished with a galvanised finish treatment to ensure the long life. We produce a stiff platform to enable interior fitting to be fitted to a high standard reducing flex means the interior will last the test of time. |

Flooring - We manufacture using European sourced plywood floors with FSC certification. We avoid using hardwoods preferring to use alternative products. |

Wall panels - Our standard wall panel it a hollow core triangulated panel extremely stiff and lightweight. with the advantage of the core being a recycled product, with the added benefit of a recycling programme for the wall panels. |

Round Corner capping - We use high grade rounded capping with minimal fixings. these are used to create a rounded body shape and helps set the appearance of our trailers. |

Handrails – Light weight tig welded provide a rigid rail. Clamp brackets with positive tightening avoid that handrail wobble. |

Entrance steps – All aluminium construction solid and lightweight. Colour contrast step edge detail. Adjustable feet with large range of adjustment. Easy to fit. |

Floor coverings Non slip no longer needs to look dull, a wide range of non slip coverings in wood and stone effects. |
