Pre-production planning

Our dedicated management team will take away of all of your pre-event headaches.   We will liaise with organisers to assure your stand space and negotiate to secure the best position at the Show for you.

• From the initial contact we can provide a full service, from design – to full storage facilities.  We can manage the logistics, deliver and install at the venue.  All the client has to do is turn up on the day to have their unit handed over to them.
• With over 50 years of experience in the exhibition/events industry at Masters we aim to take the headache out of stressful event preparations.   All the while keeping your budget in mind and giving you the time to concentrate on your event
• We will book your stand space and negotiate with the organisers to secure the best position at the Show for you
• We will present all Risk Assessment  and Method Statements  and any other required documentation, monitoring deadline dates
• Order all passes, services and co-ordinate with suppliers for any other requirements
